Desiree carries over 25 years of corporate communications and marketing consultancy experience. With her proven administration agility and her extensive network of contacts, she has established firm relationships with various blue chip companies, non-governmental organizations and within the media circuit in Kenya and beyond.

She lends her wealth of experience in managing Engage BCW and has pioneered the opening of new areas of business in keeping up with worldwide trends in PR practice.

She has been instrumental in providing oversight to all clients in unique situations such as during crises where she coordinates all activities, in addition to her day-to-day roles. She has worked with different clients in the industry including telecommunication, finance and banking institutions, insurance, education, fast moving consumer goods, automobile, airlines, real estate, Infra-structure projects, Manufacturing, amongst others.

Desiree has also been at the forefront in providing mentorship and training opportunities for new entrants into the PR profession and runs an internship and job shadowing program that seeks to tap new talent from university and integrate their abilities into future PR professionals. Desiree believes that good mentorship and interpersonal skills are very key in building great teams. She as well as the team at Engage BCW have won several international and local awards at PR Award platforms.
